
Jill A. Apa
Jill’s practice focuses on U.S. immigration law, including business related non-immigrant (temporary) and immigrant (green card) matters. Jill has successfully handled employment-based cases for foreign nationals in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, information technology, engineering, manufacturing, and professional sports. Jill routinely tackles the ancillary issues that arise from immigration petitions, such as J-1 physician waivers and requests for emergency parole. In addition, Jill handles family immigration matters involving marriage-based and fiancé petitions.
